FAST framework: semi-automated error detection

Fraunhofer IKS offers solutions for this. One example of this is our FAST framework. It supports customers in visual quality inspection by allowing humans and artificial intelligence to work hand in hand to identify deviations from the product in an initially semi-automated process. The focus here is on reliable, error-resistant evaluation. As FAST can also be used with small amounts of data, rapid integration is possible. Involving human specialists in the decision-making process also increases confidence in the application. With FAST, Fraunhofer IKS offers you an easy-to-implement solution whose automation rate increases continuously over time thanks to feedback from the experts.

Reusable modular concept models

Fraunhofer IKS also offers modular and reusable concept models. These can be flexibly adapted to new tasks and data without having to retrain the entire model. With this Fraunhofer IKS solution, recurring error patterns can also be reused for new product lines, which saves time and money.
